What's so fresh about this place? The concept. They do not use lard yet the food is quite authentic. Their salsa is very fresh. Baja Fresh is a healthy place to eat good Mexican food. They break down all of their menu items with nutritional information. They let you custom order your food too, to meet your dietary needs. My favorite food there is the Burrito Ultimo - Charbroiled chicken or steak, melted jack and cheddar cheese, grilled peppers, chilies, and onions, rice, "Salsa Baja" and sour cream. There are tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your meal and the food is served quickly.
OK if you like Americanised Mexican fast food, bland and lots of sour cream. It will do in a pinch but I prefer King Taco.
Clean, airy facility with good tasting quickly prepared food which is not too bland or too spicy, all at very reasonable prices. I like Baja Fresh.
Just another mexican american fast food chain restaurant. Not worth the bother. When I go to a mexican restaurant I want real mexican food, not this americanized stuff.
