One of the best coffee shops in Pasadena. Good food, fair prices, decent sized servings, good service and excellant desserts. I eat here two or three times a month.
One of the better family restaurants in Pasadena for the price. Try their chicken fried steak, it is tender and flavorful and the gravy is delicious. Their soups are good, their fresh baked breads are great and their pies are fantastic.
Nice family restaurant. American food. They serve just about everything here from burgers to steak and shrimp to great pies for dessert. I have heard some people call this a 'glorified Denny's'. It's much more than that to me. The restaurant is friendly, casual, good service and the food is quality. I always get the Mega Breakfast when i eat there early: Three farm-fresh eggs cooked to order, two strips of crispy bacon, two juicy breakfast sausage links, seasoned breakfast potatoes and two buttermilk pancakes. I enjoy their hickory smoked pepper jack cheese burger for lunch. Whenever I have dinner there I always have to order a slice of one of their fresh fruit pies. I usually have to take the dessert home though because their meals are so large I just can't fit in another bite. Click here to visit the website for Coco's Bakery
