I hate to wait in lines and I normally do not like hamburgers unless I make them myself using choice ground sirloin (I never order one at a walk in restaurant or coffee shop). There are, however, always exceptions and In-N-Out Burger is one of those exceptions. In my opinion they make the best hamburgers of any drive thru, drive in, fast food or coffee shop in California. Their french fries are pretty good also. If I am in the mood for a hamburger, that I do not have to cook, I wait in line at In-N-Out.

World famous burger drive through. The burgers are fresh with lettuce, onions, tomato, pickles and their special sauce. When I was in high school I would go their after football games and eat two 4x4's. That's a burger with 4 pieces of meat and 4 slices of cheese. I always order my burgers Animal Style, that’s a burger with extra pickles, extra sauce and grilled onions. Their fries are unbeatable. They put whole potatoes through a potato slicer and fry them up in vegetable oil. Try one of their shakes with your to go meal! There is only one problem with In-N-Out, you aren't out that fast, takes awhile to get in with the LONG car lines.

Great hamburgers and fries at an excellant price. Worth the wait. Our family has In-N-Out once a week. Our kids think of it as a treat and my wife does not have to cook that night.
