I have only eaten here once, but the experience was very favorable. My prime rib was tender, juicy and delicious, and while I would have prefered a baked potato, the garlic mashed potatos were very good. The ambience and service were both above average and relaxing. I had one slight complaint, while they do have a fairly good wine list, their wine prices were slightly high for this type of restaurant. Their food prices, however, seemed quite reasonable.
Excellent cuisine, service and atmosphere at very decent prices. In my opinion this is one of the better restaurants in the Pasadena area. This is one of the three best steak houses in Pasadena. I usually start off with the
artichoke and spinach dip before salivating over one of their prime rib eye or porterhouse
steaks. Michael's has a truly elegant atmosphere and the dining experience is always
pleasurable.
