This place looks alright but the food that I had was bland and poorly prepared, the service was slow and inept and the prices were high for what I got. I'll take the Panda Inn (not Express) any day. My girlfriend didn't even want to take the leftovers home.
This is definitely your higher class Chinese restaurant. They have a myriad of appetizers as
well as a very large choice of entrees. The food here is exquisite. I like the spare ribs
and my wife enjoys the salt & pepper calamari. The appetizers are so delicious that we hardly
ever get to the main entrees, so they usually have to box them up for us before we even taste
them in the restaurant.
I have had good and bad meals here. The service has been good and at other times bad and the food while not expensive is not cheap either for this kind of restaurant. The drinks are ok but expensive. I have a friend who, for some reason, likes it here so every once in a while I will come here with her, otherwise I would not bother. There are too many good chineses restaurants in Pasadena.
I like P.F. Changs. I like the food, especially the sweet sauces, the service while not exceptional is satisfactory and the prices seem very reasonable to me. Click here to visit the website for P.F. Chang's China Bistro
